Pakistani strategy

Mumbai has not been brought to its knees. Stock exchange was open, Offices and Reserve bank were open. Things are normal everywhere else.

Pakistani strategy for sometime has been
a. To project terror acts against India as "home grown"
b. To project any mention of Pakistani involvement as "counter productive"

a. India has very large Muslim population, there are a disgruntled few. There is no way they can get trained/armed to the extent these groups have been without Pakistani involvement. That does not mean they are "home grown" with a "domestic agenda".

It was a Muslim who built India's missile and nuclear programs. I have many many Muslim friends who do not feel the need to go out start killing people.

These "home grown" terrorists are really peddling ISI's agenda.

b. Terror acts are different from burglaries wherein you CANNOT get finger print/DNA evidence. It is impossible to come up material evidence. No country or organization, not even the United States can do that (GITMO is case in point). Calling themselves "Indian Mujahedeen" / "Deccan Mujahedeen" fools no one. The training, funding, inspiration and arming of these terrorists all originate from Pakistan. Period.
