the Maoist insurgency will eventually lead to a strong central government with a powerful paramilitary. This may even lead to further weakening of the state powers.
India's tension with China and Pakistan are also good for us and should be kept alive. Boundary dispute with China especially should never be resolved.
That is the ONLY way the stupid Indian state will retain a semblance of strong military and not expose us to new attacks from foreign powers in 50/60 years down the line.
